Desh Speaks on Battering Wife: “Our Marriage has Ripples”

Desh and Sheilah on their wedding day

City businessman Desh Kananura has come out to comment on claims made by his brother in-law, Emmy Kwizera that he has turned his sister, Sheilah Taratibu into a punching bag.

Kwizera on Wednesday posted on social media warning Desh to stop beating his wife or else he will not like the repercussions.

Desh has Thursday responded saying Kwizera decided to expose his marriage after barring him from accessing his nephews and nieces.

Here is Desh Kananura’s message he posted on Facebook.

“It is unfortunate that a disagreement with my brother in law Emmy ended up on social media. I instructed Emmy to never take my children out without my permission and barred him from accessing my children for now.

That triggered an argument which has caused ripples in my marriage and now has moved to social media and now very distorted. My wife and I are now trying to put the pieces back together and so we request that the public respect our privacy as any more than two people is a crowd. Thank you.”
