Uganda Police has Wednesday orchestrated brutality on FDC honchos after it attacked the party head offices at Najjanankumbi and sprayed volleys of teargas to FDC women league leaving many supporters injured while other fainted.
Among those badly affected is the secretary for mobilization a self proclaimed commander of the FDC land forces Ms Ingrid Turinawe a long time loyalist and close associate of FDC founder Col. Kizza Besigye who was suffocated for a couple of minutes.
Police early Wednesday sealed off the party head offices, deployed heavily to foil the demonstration.
The women league intended to hold a peaceful demonstration expressing discontent on the Monday violent scenes which nearly left Kizza Besigye’s private parts wounded.
He was arrested in the most violent way and unidentified police officer was filmed punching his private parts.
After his release he told FDC members that he sustained injuries including his private parts.
