Kawempe division deputy Resident City Commissioner (RCC), Deborah Mercy Nabukenya is dead.
She breathed her last on Tuesday evening at Mulago Hospital where she had been admitted after falling sick in the morning.
However, her conditioned worsened and was put on oxygen.
“Just got disturbing news from @harderHB (Herbert Anderson, the deputy Resident City Commissioner Kampala – Nakawa) about the death of an active young and brilliant youth leader the Deputy RDC of Kawempe Deborah. Just in Pain about this young girl,” Information Minister, Mr Frank Tumwebaze tweeted on Tuesday evening.
According to Tumwebaze, Nabukenya was always among the best RDCs he worked with.
