A local musician from Mbale in Eastern Uganda identified as Isaac Katoogo alias ‘Ambassador wa Yesu’ has become the latest victim to suffer the wrath of associating with the regime.
According to reports doing rounds on social media on Tuesday morning, unknown people intercepted the artiste from local village in Nkoma and drove a nail in his jaws accusing him of supporting President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Reports say, Isaac has been carrying a speaker and playing songs that praise the regime and the President.
It remains unclear which people are responsible for the attack.
He becomes the second person to be nailed following a similar attack on a 21- year- old man who was wounded in Kampala.
Last month, Baker Kasumba, a resident of Avis Kivvulu in Kawempe division, was intercepted near the Northern Bypass flyover in Kalerwe by two unknown men who assaulted and nailed his hands after he was found with a yellow beret which is the official color of the ruling party.
Police was yet to issue a statement on relation to the attack on the Musician.
