Col. Okayi Rukogota who heads Counter Radicalisation and Psychological Operations in Military Intelligence has asked Ugandan to unanimously vote his Commander in Chief (CIC) in come 2021.
Failure to reelect Museveni, Uganda could degenerate into Somalia, Libya or Afghanistan, Rukogota predicted.
He made the revelation on Thursday at Old Kampala playground while addressing Kampala Division local council heads, a meeting organized by Internal Security Organisation Director General Col. (rtd) Kaka Bagyenda.
Rukogota said it is only President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni that has kept Ugandans united and peaceful.
Separately, Col Kaka warned that Uganda’s open door policy of welcoming refugees from troubled countries in the region has helped criminals to infiltrate society and are now posing a challenge to security agencies in the country.
