Moses Ssali, alias Bebe Cool has blasted junior ICT Minister, Idah Nantaba who caused the execution of Ronald Ssebulime who left behind four children.
Sebulime was killed by police last Sunday after Nantaba reported him to Nagalama police that he was plotting to harm her.
Police pursued Ssebulime and shot him dead upon surrendering.
The death of an innocent man stirred uproar among members of the public who called Nantaba’s for arrest and prosecution as a primary suspect.
Police on Wednesday acknowledged that its officer had unlawfully shot and killed Sebulime.
Reacting to the public’s opinion, Minister Nantaba said she wasn’t sorry maintaining Ssebulime planned to attack her.
She has since been bashed by the nation.
Adding a voice to those deeming Nantaba as egoistic is musician Bebe Cool who took to his Facebook page to blast the Minister.
“Hon Nantaba please whereas one may understand your security concerns, it would be wise you go and apologize to the family of the late Ssebulime because your ego led to the killing of an innocent man and a single father,” Bebe Cool wrote on Friday morning.
As parent, Bebe Cool suggested that Nantaba should sit with Uganda Police and set a trust fund for the orphans.
“Your story will make more sense when you show remorse,” he advised.
