Chris Obore, The Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Parliament is mourning his 3- year- old son who passed on Thursday.
According to Parliament, Baby Lucas succumbed to heart failure at Life Link Hospital in Namugongo, a Kampala suburb.
“Burial arrangements will be communicated as soon as they are available. On behalf of the Parliamentary Commission, we extend our most sincere condolences to the family, relatives and friends. May his soul rest in eternal peace,” reads a communication from Parliament.
