The Ministry of Trade Permanent Secretary (PS) Julius Onen has Sunday evening passed on.
The deceased succumbed to high blood pressure, says a government official in the ministry Onen served.
He was PS Foreign Affairs Ministry before being posted to Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.
Onen was also the father of a popular radio presenter at Sanyu FM, Jame Onen alias Fat Boy.
