Police in Bulenga is holding a one Deo Mukisa , a resident of Kireka Bbira, Nakabugo Parish, Wakiso District for allegedly kidnapping and murdering a four year old Elvis Kibule and
Kibule was reported kidnapped on the 24th January 2019 and Police investigations led to the arrest of Mukisa who later confessed to the kidnap and murder.
Yesterday 30th January 2019, Police was able to recover the body that had been dumped in a swamp around Kireka Bbira .The body was later picked and taken to Mulago mortuary for postmortem.
Later,the suspect out of panic, also led Police Officers to the scene where he dumped the body of his girlfriend whom he had killed earlier. She had been reported missing at Central Police Station Kampala.
Kampala Metropolitan Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire confirmed Mukisa’s arrest but was not able to reveal the identities of the second victim.
