Mityana Municipality legislator Francis Zaake has Thursday been flown to India for specialized treatment of deep wounds he sustained two weeks.
Zaake was tortured by security operatives belonging to Special Forces Group (SFC) an elite unit of UPDF which protects the President.
The MP who spent over a week at Lubaga Hospital had difficulty in talking, swollen head and simple fractures, a medical report reveals.
This becomes the second time the MP is taken abroad for treatment.
Late last year, Zaake flew to the U.S after he was terribly beaten by same SFC on the floor of Parliament following a controversial debate on lifting of presidential age limit.
