Mityana Municipality legislator Francis Zaake has been put back on life support system.
Zaake is currently admitted at Rubaga Hospital where he receives treatment following grave injuries inflicted on him by security during his arrest in Arua by-election violence.
Zaake’s father last week said his son was secretly dumped outside Rubaga Hospital on Friday morning by the military.
He was then put on life support system since he had developed breathing complications.
However, over the weekend photos emerged of a smiling Zaake when he was visited by fellow MPs including Aidah Nantaba.
But on Monday after a relative who asked not to be named said the doctors decided to put Zaake back on life support.

When this website reached the hospital authorities for a comment, Mr Peter Kibuuka the executive director of the facility declined saying he doesn’t discuss a patient’s details with the media
“All I can tell you he is stabilizing now,” said Mr. Kibuuka.
Asked what of which part of the body was mostly damaged. Kibuuka switched off his phone.
Makindye West Lawmaker Allan Ssewanyana had earlier said Zaake could have developed a mental problem.
But President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Sunday in his latest letter wondered why Zaake was in hospital after escaping from police custody.
