Flying Squad boss ACP Herbert Muhangi has been moved to head man power audit inside human resource directorate.
According to a message from IGP Martin Okoth Ochola obtained by this website, he directs that, “Pursuant to section 6 (1) (a) of the police Act cap303, the following transfers and appointments are ordered with immediate effect.”
Others affected are; CP Sagal Abraham from IGP’s office to Interpol, to head boarder monitoring unit, SCP Womanya Elly transferred from Interpol and appointed deputy director Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and D/SSP Odong Mark Paul appointed chairperson organized crimes under the SIU.
