Flying squad department of police has this morning recovered a body of former accountant with Daily monitor buried in a pit latrine at his home.
Abel Katende, resident of Lutete village in Gayaza also a former senior accountant with Monitor last week his wife allegedly reported a Kidnap case at police.
According to the Flying squad unit Commander Hebert Muhangi they have been hunting for Katende’s kidnapper in vain until they became suspicious and decided to interrogate his wife.
He says upon interrogation she revealed, she had killed Katende with the help of Children and buried him in a pit latrine.
Police dug the latrine to retrieve the body and 10 suspects including children and relatives have been arrested to help with investigations.
