Police on Friday arrested 300 criminals belonging to the Kifeesi crew a cartel that has committed heinous crimes in Kampala City.
Police recovered cocaine, marijuana, killer items which include knives pangas and suspected explosives weighing scales stones and other sharp objects they use to hit their victims during robberies.
Gardens of marijuana they had planted along Nakivubo channel and are detained at Katwe police, Clock tower and central police station.
The operation codenamed “Clean Kampala City” was carried out in the so called Kampala’s hot spots including Kisenyi bus terminal, Nakivubo terminal, Mukwano mall terminal, Katwe-Kinyoro among others.
