Concerned relatives are appealing to authorities to intervene in this matter as he is likely to commit a crime should the family push for this wedding.

Some unconfirmed reports indicate Phillip has a mental problem which the family is aware of.

If all goes as planned, Phillip and Mercy will take marriage vows next Saturday.
