Phillip Tumwebaze, 28, a resident of Kyanja, a suburb of Kampala has been missing since February 16, 2018.
A few days from today, on March 3, Phillip had planned to walk his fiancé Mercy Twinomujuni down the aisle who has since been soaked in tears wondering the whereabouts of her lover.
The mother says Phillip on the fateful day briefly stepped out of the house to buy airtime from the nearby shop and he never returned.
The groom to be had to meet with several of his relatives to plan for the wedding ceremony at Bon Appetit in the city centre but he was no-show, prompting his uncle to ring home to find out why he didn’t turn up.
It is at this point that the family instigated his search until now.
A case of a missing person was lodged at Kira Police Station.
Phillip was kidnapped while in his Senior Five as he returned from school- Makerere College School.
