Senior Four results that were released three days ago caused both excitement and pain for some students.
This morning, Three Ndejje Senior Secondary School Old Boys who were on their way to pick their results lost their lives after the vehicle in which they were cruising to school, crashed into an oncoming Fuso Dumper truck, killing the three, while one in a critical condition is hospitalised.
The fatal crash happened at Mile 19, which is a known Black Spot on the Kampala – Bombo Highway.
The dead teenagers have been identified as Vincent Male, Isaac Ssewajje and Cedric Muwanguzi.
The fourth un-named student is in a critical condition and is hospitalised at Bombo Military Hospital.
It is believed inexperience on the road and teenage excitement from the go-happy students who were excitedly shooting Facebook Live videos as they drove to school.
