A Ugandan IT services provider TimTech Consults has bagged a “multi-million dollar” contract from a Congolese company.
This website has learnt that the mega deal is worth $12 million but TimTech Consults officials never disclosed name of this Congolese firm.
Timtech consultants is a hi-tech company in Uganda that deals in technological advancement and accordingly it was chosen owing to its proven success and history in general supplies with in the Great Lakes region.
“TimTech’s technical superiority and scalability were some of factors as to why it was chosen by the Congolese company,” an official said.
“This landmark deal inked in Kinshasha reaffirms TimTech’s reviewed position to resume international business having temporary halted it to concentrate on the local market.”
But the entity couldn’t sufficiently satisfy both markets due to limited resources.
The proprietor Musasizi Timothy Karubanga was by press time out of the country.
His junior Tracy Umutesi- TimTech’s sales executive was also unavailable for a comment.
TimTech Consults is based in Naalya, a Kampala suburb, a few metres from Quality Supermarket.
