Ruhama County Member of Parliament Honourable William Beijukye Zinkuratire has passed on at Nsambya Hospital in Kampala.
The fallen NRM Legislator succumbed to a long time illiness that has been attributed to a Hepatisis B infection that saw him flown to India thrice for specialised medical attention since being elected.

MP Zinkuratire has recently succeeded First Lady Janet Museveni for the Ruhaama County seat and was a first timer in Parliament.
Over the last two years, Parliament has lost a number of Legislators, the most recent being the Iganga Woman MP.
Arrangements are being made to transport Zinkuratire’s body to Parliament where fellow MPs will eulogise their fallen colleague before the body is transported to Ntungamo for burial.
