Makindye West Member of Parliament Allan Ssewanyana is shrouded in fear after a hand grenade exploded at his house on Monday night.
This becomes the second incident a few days after the same grenade exploded at Hon Moses Kasibante’s home in Lubaga, Kampala.
Ssewanyana rushed to social media platform Facebook seeking rescue from wellwishers…”People have thrown a grenade/explosive at my home 1:20pm……need some rescue,” he posted.
Both Allan and Kasibante are opposed to removal of age limit law and are among the legislators who are wanted by police.
It remains unclear whether the grenade injured anyone at Ssewanyana’s house.
No police official was available for a comment.
