Self styled political commentator Frank Gashumba has on Tuesday evening been blocked to appear on a political talkshow (Akabinkano) on Bukedde Television.
This opposition sympathiser Gashumba had earlier announced his presence only to be told minutes away the kick-off that he wouldn’t be hosted.
The organisers said they received orders from Vision Group CEO Robert Kabushenga to drop motormouthed Gashumba as a guest speaker.
“Tonight I have been once again, blocked, from making appearance on Bukedde TV, by the gods that be -Robert Kabushenga Mukooli. This time it’s not Mutabazi, but the virus of gods, eating up this country is getting deeper and deeper,” Gashumba posted on his Facebook page.
Recently Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) threatened to reprimand media houses that host vocal opposition protagonists who allegedly incite violence by speaking against age limit bill.
