Chaos has resumed in Parliament after the Speaker Rebecca Kadaga suspended 24 rival lawmakers and one Minister Ronald Kibule over misconduct exhibited on Tuesday which prompted her to adjourn the plenary session to Wednesday (Today) 2pm.
Some of those suspended include, Ronald Kibuule, Allan Ssewanyana, Sam Lyomoki, Moses Kasibante, Betty Nambooze, Robert Kyagulanyi, Gilbert Oulanyah, Zaake, Nzoghu, Mohammad Nsereko, Odonga Otto, and others.
These on Tuesday superitended chaotic scenes in Parliament which compelled their rivals to refer to as “hooliganism”.
The suspended however rejected to leave the House forcing the army to drag them out.
Kadaga suspended the House for 30 minutes for security to restore sanity.
Earlier Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) banned live broadcast of these events saying media was inciting violence.
