Abiriga: I was badly off, I had no where to go, so I urinated on Finance Ministry perimeter wall

Arua Municipality representative Hon Ibrahim Abiriga has wondered why the public is so concerned about his behaviour  after he was pictured easing himself on the premises of Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.

A blurred picture of an old man clad in yellow attire urinating on a fence with a body guard behind him and a yellow car waiting has since gone viral on social media platforms.

Social media users claimed the man in the picture is MP Abiriga who has made a name out of his support for President Yoweri Museveni’s life rule.

Other wondered how a senior politician of his calibre could embarass himself by openly exposing his private parts to whoever cared all in the name of attending to nature call without minding his stature.

To the public’s dismay, Abiriga was blaming the media for circulating his picture because he was bad off and he has no where to go.

He told a section of the media on Tuesday at Parliament that it was insensitive to publish his picture terming it “nonsense” because urinating is natural and an avoidable.

“So I used the other side of the wall and urinated.”
