Police has launched manhunt for unidentified two men who attempted to kidnap a young lady believed to be in her early 20s into their black numberless Toyota Ipsum car which already had another woman whose face was tied with a piece of cloth.

Police spokesman AIGP Asan Kasingye told this website that the incident occurred on Friday morning at around 6:30am at Abaita-babiri town in Entebbe.

The kidnapped lady in the car was dressed in a black dress.

“These people are on the loose and are a danger to the lady and the public following the kidnaps and killings going on in Katabi town and Nansana Municipality,” Kasingye said.

He added that Police has launched manhunt for these kidnappers and urged the public to avail information fitting the description of the vehicle and its occupants.

22 woman have been killed in 4 months in the locality of Entebbe and Nansana.

Police is yet to arrest the serial killer and arraign in courts of law.

Whereas police officials insist the crimes are masterminded criminals, the public has been compelled to think this is  coordinated within the security circles due to power struggle.
