The unrepentant goon has murdered his 20th victim, a woman who was found dead in Nyanama, Makindye Division near Kampala
Residents of Nyanama in Wakiso district have been gripped in shock after discovering a decomposing body of an unidentified young woman.
This raises the death toll to 20. The other victims were from around Katabi in Entebbe, Makindye, Nansana and other areas
Last week, Security Minister Henry Tumukunde set camp in Katabi where he met area residents, local leaders to try get to terms with how the killings could be stopped.
Police Chief General Kale Kayihura also made an impromptu visit to Nkumba Area where he was taken around by the Area Mayor to meet prostitutes who work in the area and get a briefing of the security situation in the locality.
Police in the Nyanama according to the eye witness has launched investigations into the murder and are trying to identity the slain young lady.
