CITY BUSINESSMAN Desh Kananura could be set to lose his Panamera Bar, located in Naguru.
This website understands there is a bitter land wrangle between Kananura and a yet to be identified party over the land that houses the expensive hangout place.
We understand that a court order was recently issued ordering Kananura off part of the land.
Kananura has a bar section, kitchen section and car parking space on the prime land near Kampala Parents School.
But ever since he received the court order, Kananura has not moved an inch forcing police to raid the place to effect the order.
On Wednesday morning police, led by Kira Road police commander Michael Kasigire, raided the premises to forcefully evict Kananura.
His uncle Prof Mondo Kagonyera intervened and halted the eviction.
