Vote counting has commenced in Kyadondo East constituency in different polling station and preliminary results indicate that independent candidate Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine is leading.
So far Bobi Wine has defeated his opponents in three polling stations of Magere where he voted from, Kasangati dispensary and Kasangati.
His fans are already chanting victory slogans.
Earlier the polling exercise was mud with chaos with police firing bullets and teargas to disperse Bobi Wine’s angry supporters who claimed that NRM agents were carrying pre-ticked ballots to rig election.
