Kasangati resort hotel has been besieged by angry supporters of independent candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu claiming NRM agents have pre-ticked ballot papers inside the premises.
The group avers to have been tipped by a worker of the hotel that the ballots were hidden in there.
Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine yesterday said that his camp had busted a shocking plot by the regime to steal his election.

An officer only identified as Okudot advised that whoever had evidence of this malpractice should report take it to Police.
