Business has been paralysed in downtown at Arua Park when dwellers descended on a security guard and clobbered him for shooting a thief who was breaking into Superior Complex building.
The nasty incident happened on Tuesday morning.
Police rushed the unidentified guard to Mulago hospital in critical condition.
